27 Inside the Bottle

頤 Yí |¦¦¦¦|

Mmm.

Inside the bottle,
mmm,
sloshes water that has been
extracted, osmosified, ozoned,
electrolyted, filtered and
purified for our consumption.

In the process
aquifers are depleted,
ancient marshes dry.
spawning habits are disrupted
and mudflats are formed.

Mmm.

Inside the bottle,
mmm,
resides a right that has been branded,
commodified, marketed, exalted, rarified
and sold from underneath us.

I drink because it’s convenient.
Why do you drink?

Mmm.

Inside the bottle,
mmm,
sloshes water that has been
extracted, osmosified, ozoned,
electrolyted, filtered and
purified for our consumption.

Mmm.
