30 Without Electricity

離 Lí |¦||¦|

Ma(a).

The Invasion targeted electrical facilities. As a result residents receive on average one hour of electricity a day. Before residents received 16 to 24 hours of electricity.

Ma(a).

Without electricity water cannot be pumped into homes. No water means the farms and orchards are desolate, their owners jobless.

No electricity means no refrigeration. Vaccines spoil. An entire generation of children sick.

Ma(a).

Breath in slowly. That’s what I do to keep from crying. We’re strangers in our own country. Without firing bullets they destroy us.

Ma(a).
